Consultation Fee Policy
At XX Event Design, we provide personalized, professional event planning guidance tailored to your vision and needs. To ensure dedicated time and expertise, all initial consultations require a consultation fee.
If you choose to move forward with our event planning services, your consultation fee is applied toward the total cost of your event.
- Consultation fees are non-refundable if services are not booked.
- No planning services begin until the consultation fee is paid.
- Event dates are not secured until a contract is signed and a deposit is received.
